Ole Vedfeldt (PhD / born 1941) graduated from the C. G. Jung Institute in Copenhagen in 1977, and has been a practising psychotherapist since then.
He is also certified in Gestalt therapy, psychodrama and body psychotherapy. He completed four years of training in Biosynthesis with David Boadella. At the same time he completed training as a meditation teacher.
He is currently a training analyst at the C. G. Jung Institute in Copenhagen, member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology and
the European Association for Psychotherapy. He works as president and trainer at the Institute for Integrated Psychotherapy of Denmark, and is supervisor of advanced training in psychotherapy for the Danish
Psychologist Association.
Ole gives international lectures, workshops and courses in integrative psychotherapy. His work is focussed on a broadminded but also in-depth use of
wisdom in dreams and the body. His specialist area is the dream, integrating aspects of Freudian and Jungian dream work into the therapy, enriched with biosynthetic body work, picture therapy, psychodrama and
meditation. His overall paradigm is a cybernetic and systemic approach. Ole is a Biosynthesis therapist, and has been a student of Bob Moore for a long time.
He is the author of numerous books about the dream and consciousness, in which he incorporates cybernetic models. Examples of his books include “The
Dimension of Dreams” (published in several languages including English – Fromm International Publishers), “Consciousness – the level of consciousness”.
